Track Cycling is probably rated among one of the most exciting sports for spectators...and our members who cycle on the Track, tell us it is certainly just as exhilirating to take part in as well.

A cycling discipline more popular in the Northern Suburbs for obvious reasons, Club 100CT have a handful of members who train and compete at our local Western Cape Track, the Belville Velodrome.

There are bikes for general use at the track, so all you need to take along to one of the Social evenings, is your peddals and give it a try...you may just get hooked.

Please note that the Track is not open to the general public/cyclists at all times, as it is also used for other activities. A very dynamic WP Track committee, headed by Morne Van Greunen, communicate the available dates in each month to the Clubs...which are posted under the News Around the Track.

Our next closest Cycling Track, is in Paarl and is an outdoor track, which is available for training far more readily, and is also the venue for the well-known annual BOXING DAY TRACK EVENT.
