Louis and I had a very enjoyable ride in the Karoo to Coast.

We started in the 2nd group and missed most of the traffic on the climbs, the ride was going so well that at De Vlugt we were on target for a 4 hour finish. From there on the long climbs started to have their toll and by the time we reached Kom se Pad we we had lost some 15 minutes. We finally managed to finish in the 4h20s.
