4 Elite club 100 members (Charles Keey, Dave Morrison, Alistair Davies and Neil Schaffer) participated in the 15th Tru-Cape MTB race held in Grabouw over the past weekend.

This past weekend saw Susan and Myself, head up to White River to take part in the Panorama Tour. The Panorama Tour is a four day, 2 (wo)man team, road race for amatuers.

Up, Down and Around Again for Charity

On Saturday I took part in the second Webber Wentzel Platteklip Charity Challenge. Between the 70-odd particpants, we managed to raise approximately R550 000!!

Dinner with Lance Armstrong

Last night I was lucky enough (thanks mom!) to get tickets to the Lance Armstrong Banquet. It was held in the fabulous new Stadium, making use of its many levels.

We entered on the field and climbed the stairs up to the main concourse/food area where we were given champagne and snacks. It was a who's who in the local cycling world, with many familiar faces, although it was a matter of visualising them in helmet and lycra, and not fancy evening wear!

Bouckaert Soonen - Subvets Report

The 126km of the Bouckaert Soonen looked to be a good route, with only one significant climb, it suited our team nicely.
