With only a few days left until the start of the Cape Pioneer Trek, certain Club100CT members are tweaking their bikes, resting and eating very strictly, and trying to contain their excitement or nerves!

This exciting six-day MTB Stage race takes place in the Klein Karoo from 18-23 October and is a serious challenge by any standards. More info on www.capepioneer.co.za
